Energy Tools International Vital Force Solutions
Raman Spectroscopy Data

Dr. M. Richard Hoover, Penn State University 2004

• These preliminary data, no matter how they are normalized, indicate that the chemically identical Vital Force solutions have unique water structures which may be attributed to the energetic imprint they received.

• Chemical analysis via ICP* was also conducted on these solutions and revealed nearly identical chemical compositions (very slight variations typical of trace mineral solutions, and not substantial enough to cause the strong variation observed in the Raman data).

• You’ll see that when the data are normalized (or rescaled) so that the bases of the Si peaks all coincide, then there are still distinctive differences between three samples that are chemically identical. These preliminary data indicate that the differences may be arising from the energetic imprinting of the trace mineral solutions used in Vital Force.

*ICP is inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy and was conducted by the Materials Research Laboratory’s Materials Characterization Laboratory in April 2005.
