In the early 1980’s, at the peak of his career and at the top of his field in the research and application of the then-new technology of laser physics, Dr. Yury Kronn was asked by the head of the Lebedev Institute of Physics, Russia’s leading research institute, to observe a series of experiments that involved unexplained phenomena.
